Choosing shopping method doesn't affect total value – AJAX not working?

    Hello,

    Here is my WordPress/Woocommerce site.

    When I add some products to my cart and go to cart view, I can see the net amount, VAT and total amount. When I go to my checkout page, after fulfilling my information, I want to choose the shipping method but the total amount doesn’t change automatically regardless of the shipping method I choose. When I press F5, I can see that thew new shipping method is chosen and total amount is updated, but this should normally happen without pressing F5.

    I am using IDStore 3.7 and WooCommerce 2.3.7.

    My WP credentials are in private content.

    Hello,

    Please try to delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/idstore and reupload it from the theme package which you downloaded for the theme update.

    I’ve done it but it still exists 🙁

    In Cart page, when you update the shipping method the total price changes automatically, but that’s not the case in checkout page still.

    Could you provide us a more precise date about the update? Because we are planning to launch the website in 2-3 weeks, and we will do quite some modifications on shipping page after your update, and knowing that this bug currently exists, it simply prevents us to take any action.

    You have a major bug in your shipping page, which simply prevents us from launching the page. This is really unacceptable to have such a response. Can you at least tell us where the bug comes from in shipping page so that I can try to fix it via php?

    Yes, the bugs have been fixed in the new theme version. You can update it.
    Don’t forget to create a back up of your files and database before update.
