FAQ's just broke - by Akrua - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    I don’t know why. Nothing really changed. But all of a sudden, none of the FAQ’s are showing up.

    I’d really appreciate it if you can look at it.

    Hello

    Please try to disable 3-d party plugins one by one. It seems that one of them may cause the issue.

    Yeah, sorry, that’s not it. I deactivated everything and the problem persists.

    Hello,

    The problem is in custom.css file. When I turned it off, FAQ worked. Please check.

    Ahh ok. Thank you.

    Now that leads to another problem.

    At the bottom of a product page, there’s a tab that says RETURNS AND DELIVERY.

    I want to edit the content of that tab but can’t. Each time I save the edit of the custom field, it doesn’t save the edit. When I delete it, it doesn’t delete.

    So what I did was:

    .tabs {
      display: none;
      margin-bottom: 20px;
      position: relative;
    }

    That screwed up my FAQ’s.

    So How do I edit the content in that tab or turn it off completely?

    Edit: In fact, now that I look at it, that custom field doesn’t even show up on the product edit page. Yet it shows up on the front side

    Hello,

    You can remove “Returns and Delivery” tab in Theme Options > Single Product Page > “Custom Tab Title” and delete the content.
