How to make top menu smaller/narrow on scrolling

Hi

Can I make the top menu smallere https://www.dropbox.com/s/a63p3iy95e94er1/top-menu-smallere.jpg?dl=0 ?
Now its about 120px high and we want it to like 80 px high on scrolling.

Please add this code in custom.css file.

  padding: 10px 0;
}
```
