Hi I have an issue with the responsivness of my website Please see image below. this was taken from a normal ipad

Also when my site goes into a smaller resolution my menu dispappears. Please help as I am getting complaints from customers. Thank you!

Hello,

Have you made any changes in default theme files?
Please provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content.

Hello,

You’re using old theme. Please update it.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdWESIIPU1k
Don’t forget o create backup before update. The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.

So does this mean evertime there is an update I will have this issue?

I still have no menu on any mobile or tablet. Yet have done nothing to change this???
