I was wondering if there was a customer CSS to adjust the product image when looking at a single product?

Hello,

You can set image size in WooCoomerce->Settings->Products->Display.

Yes I tried that however the product image is still wide.

I adjusted the Category Image and Single Product Image to the following size: 278 X 371, but it doesn’t seem to of worked, even after I regenerated thumbnails. The image got shorter, but the width still remained the same.

Hello

Image uses responsive container which chages its size regarding to the screen size. Please provide us with picture of how it should look on different devices. In case you will just make mage smaller whole content will move to the left side of the page.

Ok I understand what you mean. The code you provided, was enough for me to figure out and tweak on my own.
