Hi there,
After upgrading to Blanco 2.9.2 with Woocommerce 2.1.10 and WP 3.9.1 experience the following issue with Order status update (and therefore inventory management):
Upon completion of PayPal payment, the order status does not change from “Pending” to “Processing” – it’s stay in “Pending” status, then changes to “Cancelled”. This only occurs for certain PayPal payments (not all of them) – some works fine, some do not.
This impacts inventory management as well.
Could you please help? This is a critical issue!

Does this issue persist with default theme too? Please check it.

The problem is that it happens not for all payments. I can not figure out what is causing it (in other words, I am not able to reproduce the issue). I though may be you were able to figure this out. Maybe by looking at the logs? Just an idea. How can I help you to pin point the issue?

Regarding logs you have to contact your host as all logs are saved on a server. Also we recommend you to contact PayPal support. Perhaps they will help you to investigate this issue.
