Good morning, I came back a problem that I had in the past. It is not possible to conclude an order because the click in the button “Checkout” does not work, as you can see in this link:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ro7mq1sywv64pqq/1.png?dl=0
characters remain clear (do not become darker) and does not work the button to complete the order.
It also does not work anymore in the tab page single product (additional information, review etc ..)
When I had this problem before, the cause was due to a plugin (Screets Live Chat), which is still disabled. I do not know what determines this time.
Plugins are all updated. How can I stop this annoying behavior?
Thank you for your help.
Hello,
we have disabled all your plugins and then enabled plugins required for our theme + WPML. Please check your site.
Regards
Stan Russell.
I checked the website, now the problem of the button “Checkout” no longer occurs.
It was caused by a plugin (Weight Based Shipping for Woocommerce) that I will not use anymore.
there is still a problem with the tab on the page single product. The link additional description, reviews and restitution and delivery, are not working. I do not understand why.
Thanks for the support.
Hello rodolforizzo76,
please check your single product pages tabs now.

Stan Russell.
Hello Stan,
The tabs work but only if in Theme Options -> single product page -> zoom effect is disabled. I want to use zoom effect.
Then I found another problem, if I select an order and effect as a payment method bank transfer, when click in order confirmation do not I see the data of the bank and I get an error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /web/htdocs/www.fiorinaedizioni.com/home/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/libraries/class-emogrifier.php on line 346
And yet, if the active plugin Akismet, the problem back on the “Checkout”, (characters remain clear (do not become darker) and does not work the button to complete the order.)
Sorry for my English, I hope you understand everything.
greetings
Hello,
You need contact your host and ask them to increase memory_limit value. After that check the Checkout page and tabs.

Eva Kemp.
I contacted my hosting provider and have solved the problem that generated this error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /web/htdocs/www.fiorinaedizioni.com/home/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/libraries/class-emogrifier.php on line 346
but the tab, in the page of a single product, still not working. But I realized that this is only true with regard to the variable products. In the case of simple products tabs working properly. If I disable the zoom effect in theme options -> page single product -> zoom effect, then the tab function.
Perhaps this particular behavior can help you understand where the problem lies.
greetings
Hello,
We’re investigating the issue.
Once there is a result we’ll let you know.

Hello,
The problem is you selected variations to show by default on a single product page editor.
We’ll fix it in the next theme update. Meanwhile you can remove default variations and just let your customers to select variations themselves when they want to buy a product.
Sorry for inconveniences.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Good morning.
I made the last update of the template, but the problem persists. The tab pages with a single set of product variations default are not working. I realized that even if I set the tab type in left bar is not displayed correctly, lack of voices on the left. You can see in this issue:
