Update not working - by juanideas - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi, i installed update themes, anda plugging, but i cant see my project. look all blank page.
    can you help me?!!

    when i log in in admin, i can see all the content by i can´t see any page.

    Hello,

    Please make backup of your site and we’ll try to reupload theme for you.
    Also provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content.

    ok. i´ll try to erase woothemes, and install again. becouse when i active Twenty Fifteen theme, work ok.

    Hi, i tried installed again woopress themes, and remove all plugging, and still not work.
    i made a back up. can you reupload it? my credencial go by prvate content
