I am having trouble with my product image and the zoom feature. I had to update everything (plugin wordpress, woocommerce, and the Blanco theme with the recent woocomerce update/hacks) and now when I go to the individual product pages the image is huge. I can’t find what wrong and if I go to media and edit/just scale the image it doesn’t re-size or scale in the zoom feature.

I cleared my cache and cookies but when I went to the website it is now throwing a 500 internal service error. I have not logged in to the site since you have worked on it.

I updated my WordPress and WooCommerc (I didn’t update the theme) and the zoom feature went large again. Can you tell me which files those are under and/or how to fix it so I don’t have this keep happening. What can I do or not when I update this site. Please help me again.

Please give us correct WP Dashboard credentials.
Also you need to update the theme to the latest version 3.3.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/blanco/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

I tried to go start a new question on the forum, but it wouldn’t let me so I have come back to my old support question. I just updated my Blanco theme to the new version 3.6.2 – July 17, 2017 and now my product images are not filling the entire image box on the horizontal product page? They are scaled smaller, but when I hover over them with the zoom feature they fill the entire box. I have made sure all the plugins and everything is updated, but not sure how to fix this.

You can go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Image Size and set correct image size for the images. This post will help you to find out what size is ok for you https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/ After that install and activate Regenerate Thumbnails plugin and regenerate all the thumbnails (Tools > Regenerate thumbnails > All)

add this code in custom css:
.single-product .product_layout_horizontal .product-images .main-image {text-align:center;}
.single-product .product_layout_horizontal .product-images .main-image img {display:inline-block;}
