Hi,
I installed only the WPML plugins and the plugins that came with the theme. I don’t know which plugin causes my WordPress website to crash. What can I do?
Thanks!
Hello,
As I see site working fine now.
Also we recommended you to update theme and plugins to the latest version.
Don’t forget to make backup site before update.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme:

The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

Hi,
I udpdated verything, theme and plugins, but the website still crashes, and the hosting provider says that it is a plugin that eats all the memory .
Hello,
You haven’t updated all plugins. Please download the latest versions https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and update them.
Also from your error log I see that memory errors were on 29-Jun, but not today.
Also now your site is working fine. Are still experiencing memory issues?

Hi Stan, Hi Eva,
Thank you for your great support!!
I just had a 500 Internal Server Error. The hosting-provider said it is because a plugin is chewing memory and killing my WordPress site. I updated all the plugins, I don’t know why the Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer and the WPBakery Visual Composer updates doesn’t display progress.
Hello,
I’ve updated Visual Composer plugin.
Soon we’ll upload new version of Ultimate VC Addons plugin to this page https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and you’ll be able to download it.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Ok. Great. Thanks!!
Hello,
