500 Internal Server Error - by Princeps - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi! I deactivated and deleted all the plugins, and reinstalled only the plugins the theme needs, and my site crashes every 10 minutes. What is happening? Can you help me?

    Hello,

    There is an error in your error_log file:
    PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 62652416) (tried to allocate 26 bytes) in /home/outletparchet/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 207

    You need ask your host to increase memory_limit value.

    Hi. My host said that my memory is already 400M, and that I have a problem with a plugin that eats the memory. I deactivated and deleted all the plugins, and I installed only the plugins that the theme needs, and the website crashed again. I don’t know what to do next, I love the theme and I want to use it. I used Blanco on another website on the same server, and I never had this error.

    Hello,

    I’ve set memory_limit in wp-config.php file as well.
    Please clear browser cache and check your site again.

    Hi Eva,
    My site just crashed again. In CPANEL I have this notification: Virtual Memory Usage 452.2 / 512 MB
    . Physical Memory Usage 461.5 / 400 MB

    Hello,

    Please try to disable all 3rd-party plugins and keep only the required ones for the theme and WPML plugins. After that check your site.
