Hello, when I try to sort by a category in the back-end through the woocommerce products page it load all products in the store, instead of just the one category I chose to list. I have 7k products and everytime I try to just browse a single category in the back-end I have to wait for all 7k products to load. I tried changing the amount of products loaded in the screen options and that is set for 20 products at a time, but it loads every product and not just the first 20.

If I change the template to another stock template it only loads the category I chose and does not list all the products in products back-end. How can I fix this? Thank you.

Hello, I believe the only files I messed with are the .css files. Other than those I don’t believe I’ve altered any other files.

    Hello,

Could you please be more specific what .css files you modified?
Is it custom.css or other files?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Hello, I have not done anything custom, except for the custom.css that I am aware of. And adding a couple lines to increase memory and force ssl in the admin in the wp-config.php file. Other than that it is pretty much stock.

    Hello,

As shown in phpinfo now you have memory_limit set to 256M. Please ask your host to change it to 1024M and check products filter then.

    Thank you.

Hello, will upgrading the memory keep the filter from displaying all products on the whole store? I am not running out of memory, the template is listing every product when going into a sub category in the backend. If I change to another template it works correctly by showing just that sub-categories product list, but if I use legenda it lists all the products and not just the category I selected?

I will upgrade the memory, but I don’t think thats the problem as I don’t get any out of memory errors. Thank you and I appreciate your help on this matter.

    Hello,

There may be lack of memory using our theme and also you have a lot of products that may cause the issue. So please try to increase memory_limit and check filter after that.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

Hello, now it just loads for a couple minutes and goes to a white screen. I believe it is trying to load all 7000 products when it should only be loading 100 or less for the category I chose to filter it. If I switch themes, the products load up almost instantaneous for any category I chose in the filter. I really like this theme and would like to get it working. Thank you.

Hello, I decided to do some experimentation and installed another theme from you guys. I installed the IDStore theme which I purchased in the past and it seems to load the products fine when selecting a category on the back-end. I am not sure why the other template does not work and I like it, but I need to be able to filter by category. Any suggestions? Thank you.
