Hi,

I’ve purchased WooPress theme recently, and I’ve intsalled the plugins the theme needed.
But I have continuously shown the message “This theme requires the following plugin: Ultimate addons for Visual Composer.”
It is there at the Installed plugins page, but I can’t use it, it isn’t there when I try to compose a new post.

Hello,

You need install this plugin via FTP in wp-content/plugins/ folder. If you can’t do it please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content and we’ll help you.

You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

Hi Robert,

thank you, it works now!
At first I’ve installed Visual Composer 4.6 manually using ftp but it caused fatal error, then I installed the older one what comes with the theme (4.5) and now it works.
