WPBakery Visual Composer Cannot be Activated

Hi devs,

I just updated my theme, and stumbled upon fatal error on my WPBakery Visual Composer plugin. Here is what I received:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare hex2rgb() (previously declared in …/public_html/wp-content/themes/woopress/framework/theme-functions.php:4990) in …/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/helpers/helpers.php on line 1169

I went through the support forum, and seems like it needs to be activated manually by support team.

So, please help me activate the plugin using the credentials I provide on private content.

please provide us with admin credentials for your site in private content and we will fix this Visual Composer’s error for you.

Please check the private content for wp-admin and ftp details.

I’ve also made separate threads for the issues (essential grid, visual composer, and mem exhausted) faced by me:

I’m current using a different sample theme as the theme that i purchased from you was not working.

Hello Stan,

Thanks for the support! It’s resolved now. But I am wondering if it’s just for this update, or we need to ask your help to activate the plugin every time we update it? Because I found it a bit of a hassle for me, personally.
