Product tabs not working after update - by dpac56

    Hi,

    I just updated the Woopress theme & the product tabs have stopped working both in layout & functionality. Earlier they used to be horizontal but are now vertically stacked. Also clicking on them leads to nothing.

    Hello dpac56,

    please specify – what Operating System and browsers are you using to test your site?
    We have tested your site in Chrome, Firefox and Opera in different screen sizes and everything worked correct.

    Hi Stan,

    So far I have tested on Mac OS X Yosemite (Chrome & Safari). Also Linux Mint (Firefox & Chrome) and iOS Chrome & Safari.

    The result is the same each time with tabs not working since update. The tabs alignment is wrong, & clicking on anything still only shows the Product Description.

    Unfortunately we still can’t replicate the issue with tabs. They are working properly on our side.
    Please update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
    Are your browsers up to date?

    Hi Jack,

    This is a very peculiar problem that I am still not able to solve. Since our last mail, the tabs are now working fine on Safari, both in alignment and function. However, in Chrome they are now aligned fine but clicking them does nothing.

    Not sure on why this issue is.

    Hello,

    Please check if your browser is updated. Also you may reinstall the browser and check your site after that.
    Also try to clear DNS cache:
    https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html
