I have the following plugins installed:
    – Woocommerce 2.3.13.
    – WPML Multilingual CMS – 3.1.7.2.
I have translated (duplicated) the shop page in another language.
By itself it doesn’t start to work. The shop doesn’t display products etc.
Probably, WP doesn’t know that this other page is also a shop page (but in another language) or something like this.
    What should I do?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

You don’t have Woocommerce Multilingual plugin installed https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-multilingual/ .
    Please read this article https://code.tutsplus.com/tutorials/how-to-make-your-theme-multilingual-and-woocommerce-compatible–cms-22249

Do you mean I have to install it? Okay, I’ve installed and activated Woocommerce Multilingual.
It doesn’t work. You can do all that is necessary in the admin to fix the problem.
Please inform me if you succeeded to enter the admin.

    Hello,

Please install the required plugins that are needed for proper work of “Woocommerce Multilingual”:

Obviously, that is not the case. I had to install a new site. And it works there.

Although it took a long time, and still takes a long time to create all products from the beginning.

Certainly, this plugin is needed for different purposes. But not for this. Something was wrong. I thought you could help, but it’s okay if you can’t.

To defend your response, I would say that the problem on the first site was solved by installation of the Woocommerce Multilingual plugin. But on other one, the shop page works without this plugin (I don’t know why).

Obviously, the whole site can’t work without this plugin, as it turned out. And this is very frustrating.

The thing is, if I am not mistaken, this is not mentioned in the description of the theme. Woocommerce & Woocommerce Multilingual plugins are free. But… The latter one requires some WPML plugins which are not free.

I’m not too experienced in this. I understand that the description saying that I need to have a WPML subscription, which costs $ 80, will scare away buyers. But it will be more correct.

Please, correct me if I’m wrong.

    Hello,

WPML plugin can be used without Woocommerce Multilingual if you don’t use Woocommerce plugin and your site is not created for selling purposes. Otherwise if you use Woocommerce, then to translate it you have to install Woocommerce Multilingual and WPML too.

Not all people know that Woocommerce Multilingual requires $ 80 WPML subscription.

It will be more correct to inform the buyers about it. This is what I wanted to say.

    Hello,

We’ve taken this into our account and will mention it in the theme description.

Please take our apologies for inconveniences.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
