WPML online chat translation problem - by groubee

Hi
I cant translate the Chat box when it is online – the text/fields does not come up under WPML String translation?
ex “Talk to us” or “Welcome to SMOOFF chat, a moment” …I need to translate it into danish

That text can be found in WPML > String Translation:
