    Hi, I’m using the Royal/Cleopatra theme and I’ve noticed such a bug.
    Hi, despite the fact that I’ve updated the WooCommerce plug-in to version 2.3.13,
    I can see that the theme still uses 2.3.0 and this causes various problems
    such as the double total amount in the cart and double checkout button, or
    missing product lightbox despite the fact that its checkbox is checked.

    I’ve seen on some forums that the problem is well-known and I’ve found a temporary
    solution in the form of overwriting the wrong cart.php file with the correct one,
    yet it doesn’t solve all the issues and I’d have to do this all the time whenever
    I upgrade WooCommerce.

    As far as I can see and according to the WooCommerce guys, it’s not their fault
    and they asked me to get in touch with the theme author.

    Even after upgrading both the WooCommerce plug-in and your theme to the latest
    versions, there’s some kind of a mix-up of 2 different WooCommerce versions.

    I can tell by the comments in the files that for instance cart.php located
    in wp_content\themes\royal\WooCommerce is v2.3.0 whereas the one in the plugins
    folder is v2.3.13 (the comments in cart.php state it’s 2.3.8)

    I suspect that now the system uses some of the files from one version and some
    from the other and hence everything is mashed up.

    Please help me to sort it out. I know PHP so I’m interested more in the
    technical details that will help me to solve this problem myself than in
    a one-off intervention of your technical staff.

    Kind Regards,
    Anna

    Hello,

    As I see you’re using Woocommerce plugin of the latest version:

    How did you find that the theme uses old Woocommerce version?

    Add this code for quantity box in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    .quantity input[type="number"] {
        width: 49px !important;
    }

    Regards,

    Hi, please check these 2 folders:

    /public_html/wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce
    and
    /public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates

    Is this normal that they contain the same files, yet the later one has also some additional ones that the 1st one doesn’t?

    Which copies are actually used?
    Please advise.

    Hello,

    The files in the directory /public_html/wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce are modified by our developers to style Woocommerce templates with the theme. You shouldn’t overwrite them because theme alignment will be broken.
    Also you shouldn’t worry about the version that is written in those files. It doesn’t affect your site at all. The real Woocommerce version is written in files in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/ directory.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Thank you for this valuable explanation. It means that I do have the latest WooCommerce version and this must also mean that there’s something wrong with it 🙂

    Please take a look at the following screenshot:
    pr1

    The photos should be put in the small red boxes but they are one under another instead.
    I guess this is because I have to choose this option mentioned in your documentation:

    pr2

    but I can’t see it anywhere. All I can see is such an option:

    pr3

    but it doesn’t seem to work. Could you please take a look at this issue as well?

    Hello,

    Go to Theme Options > Single Product Page > Enable slider for gallery images > On. After that check your page.
