    Hello Eight Theme Support

    Please assist with the following:

    After a recent WordPress update the site is no longer working like it should.

    1. I cant update the theme though Envato Toolkit I keep getting these errors – see below

    2. The Rev slider is no longer displaying correctly. I have imported the sample slider and tried to create a new one and neither work.

    3. On the home page under Featured and Latest Products only 3 products display there used to be 4 please advise on a solution.

    4. I did a Woocommerce update and the side bars disappeared so I reverted back to the old version.

    Please assist URGENTLY as this is a live website.

    Hello,

    1. The problem may be caused with permissions to “tmp” folder. You should ask your hosting provider about it. Also refer to these articles:

    Also we recommend to update theme via FTP https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/idstore/index.html#!/upgrade
    Please try this method.

    2. You need update Revolution Slider plugin https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    3./4. Please update the theme and Woocommerce plugin and check products layout after that.

    We can update the theme for you. Please provide us with FTP and WP Dashboard credentials in private content and create a back up of your site.

    Hi Jack

    Thanks for getting back to me regarding the updates.

    I need further URGENT assistance please.

    I tried to update the theme via FTP and if did not work so i have reverted to a previous back up.

    I updated the Rev Slider and still nothing has changed. The slider does not appear.

    PLEASE ASSIST URGENTLY

    Hello,

    Have you just changes FTP password again?
    Update process has been interrupted because of the error “Login authentication failed”. Please provide us with correct FTP credentials and don’t change anything.

    Have not changed anything I see the slider is working again. Are you still busy?

    There is no woocommerce products showing.

    Looks like the host is auto changing the password

    recreating new one now will forward asap
