Having a problem importing Dummy content

I am trying to import the Dummy content for the Helen variant. I had previously been able to do this, but since deleted all of the pages and now can’t reimport. Can you let me know how I can do this?

Please refer to our documentation https://www.8theme.com/classico-theme-documentation/ (2.4. Demo Content) or provide us with wp-admin panel credentials and we’ll import the pages for you.

You need clear database in your hosting control panel and install demo content from scratch.
Please try it.

Ok, so I have started again but the pages I want do not import. The home page does not import. What I want to be able to do is to have links to products categories on my home page, as there are links to Spring / Popular / Sales on the Helen front page. I want to have the same effect where the image zooms – but there is a text link on the image also. Thank you!

Hello,

The reason is old Banner element was modified and now it’s “[8theme] Banner with mask” element in Visual Composer editor. That’s why old banners can’t be imported. You can recreate them with help of the new element.
