    Hi

I created a static block with logos and added this to the footer of my site. I added a link to each logo image. I am finding that two of the images (Dermaquest and Slender Wonder) are linking to the same page no matter how many times I individually change the links. If I change the one, it affects the other. The images are separate from each other so I’m not sure why it’s doing this. You may not be able to see these images at the moment since the background has changed to white now in response to one of my other requests.

    Thanks.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

I’ve enabled Visual Composer editor for Static Block, try to add images with “Single Image” element from Visual Composer editor and set links there.

    Regards,

    Hello,

Please update theme and Visual Composer plugin to the latest versions.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdWESIIPU1k
The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.

You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

Thanks, I watched the video and am in the process of updating everything. I am copying the new Woopress theme version across, should I copy the Woopress child theme across as well or is the original folder that is there still ok? I haven’t learnt enough yet about how these things work so I’m wary of overwriting all my configuartions and setup – just want to make sure that I’m doing it correctly before I go and delete my hard work.

    Thanks again.

    Hello,

You don’t need update child theme, only the parent theme.
Don’t overwrite child theme folder. Anyway create a back up of the whole site before updating.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Thanks for all the replies. The static block issue is now resolved!
Quick question regarding backing up of files as per your comment above. I didn’t see anywhere to do this in the admin panel. I could only see an import/export tab under theme options – is this how one backs up? I did this earlier but I’m used to a function that exports the site in file format, not just code.
