Royal Theme Demo Content and Skins - by firefly337

Hello,
I installed the demo content for our site and want to add the Retro-Pub demo skin. When I clicked the button, it showed a progress bar then the Theme Eight options page reloaded, but nothing on the page was changed. I am wondering if this is a permissions issue, although everything has read and write and apache has access to the correct files.

Hello,

We can’t connect to FTP server. Please check the credentials.
Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials as well.

Thank you for attempting to help me with this problem, unfortunately, our servers are protected by a firewall preventing anyone without a certain IP to bypass. If it would not be of any concern, could y’all possible provide the documentation needed for me to fix this bug? If y’all provide the skin, I would be more than happy to attempt to manually install this onto our servers. This is a nasty bug and would love to find a way around it. Thank you!
