I am working with Blanco and everything seems to be working properly except the product alignment. I have loaded a couple test products and have a few issues. When clicking into the category the products are left justified and displace the left category menu. After clicking on a product and the specific product loads it is also left justified and is partially covering the product title. I am not sure how to correct this issue. Help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Hello,
Have you made any changes in the theme files?
Please provide us with FTP and WP Dashboard credentials in private content.

Sorry, but still can’t connect getting these errors:

Hello,
I’ve reuploaded “woocommerce” folder in the directory public_html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/Blanc, old folder was renamed to “woocommerce_old”. Please clear browser cache and check your site now.
Also please update the theme to the latest 3.3 version.
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Thank you for the assistance. The product listings appear to be working correctly now. However, the product categories (menu displayed on the left side of the Shop page) still does not display correctly according to the hierarchy created in product categories.
Hello,
Go to Appearance > Widgets > add widget “Woocommerce Product Categories” to “Product Page Sidebar” area and select “Category Order” in “Order by” field in the widget settings.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
It is still not listing correctly. I am not sure what is wrong.
Hello,
As I see categories in sidebar are listed in the same order as in Categories section in WP Dashboard:

Please clear browser cache and check again.

I have cleared cache and refreshed on several computers. It is still not showing up properly. There are several categories missing and ones at the bottom that are out of order. I have even had other check on separate network with the same result.
I know this is not a product alignment issue any longer. Do I need to start a new topic? The menu for categories still is not working correctly.
Product Category menu is NOT displaying correctly. Intermittently drops subcategories to the bottom of the menu putting them out of order. Some categories/subcategories do not display at all. I have tried deleting all categories and starting over. It is still having the same issue. Please advise a solution. I cannot to build products until this is resolved.
Hello,
Some categories aren’t shown because they don’t have any products added:

You need select products for those categories too. After that check the sidebar.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
I am glad you attached the example. The items you noted without products are in fact still displaying and are in the correct order and appear without issue. So, it appears that not having a product listed is not the problem.
Thank you for your help in trying to resolve this issue.
Hello,
I’ve checked this issue with default WordPress theme and it persists there too.
We recommend you to contact Woocommerce support to investigate this problem. Sorry.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
After further investigation I am told the problem is with the css code within the template. This is very disappointing and has cost me much wasted time and lost money.
Hello,
Is your issue resolved now?
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
No, it never resolved. I have changed to a new theme and no longer have the issue.
Hello,
As I see you’re using Legenda theme now.
Do you still need further assistance from us or we may close this topic?
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Update: Categories weren’t showing because of a coding issue in the theme download. I finally hired a programmer to find and fix the issue. Beyond frustrating!
Hello,
We’re glad to hear that issue fixed.
