Could not upload Victoria theme the theme does not look correctly

Hello,

As I see you you’ve already imported Victoria template that is default home page in base demo content. I just imported footer in Static Blocks and added “8theme-Static Block” widget into “Footer area” in Appearance > Widgets.

Please check.
