How can I edit/remove this? Or, determine what pages it shows up on or not? I would prefer to only have it on my about page. Thanks!

Hello,

Sorry, but there is no such possibility.
You can only disable popup window when enter site in Theme Options > Promo Popup > Open popup on enter > Off.

I don’t think we are talking about the same thing. I am referring to the “Contact Form”. The small badge that POPs up on the bottom right that says “contact us”. I notice on your site it says “newsletter”. How can I edit this other than changing the email for the contact form?

Hello,

That popup form is related to Screets Chat plugin, to edit it go to WP admin panel > Chat Console > Options.
