Hi,
I get a fatal error on the “My account”-page. “Fatal error: Call to a member function populate() on boolean in /var/www/dengyldneloeve.dk/public_html/wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce/myaccount/my-orders.php on line 44”
How do I fix this?
Hello,
Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hi,
That fixed that bug, but created another. When I try to go to the sub-menu in my “Mega menu”, that menu disappears when moving the mouse over it.
P.s. even though I followed the guide an saved theme options, when updating the theme, it still overwrote some of the options in there.
Btw – I think it is the revolution slider that makes the problem – I’ve tried updating that one as well.
Hello,
Please provide us with FTP and WP Dashboard credentials in private content.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
