Hi,
I’m trying to set up a front-page.php but it’s not working. Mainly because:
1. my customer wants the H1 to be next to the logo
2. where the H1 currently is, I need a banner.
I seem to be missing something. I’ve created custom templates before but for some reason, this theme doesn’t want to let me add one. I can even, generally, easily create custom headers too.
Any ideas?
Best,
Hello,
Could you please show a screenshot what you’d like to achieve and provide us with FTP/wp-admin panel credentials?
Thank you.

Sure!
Thank you. In private section.
Hello,
I’ve edited the file stg_w3P/wp-content/themes/woopress-child/headers/header-structure-3.php and added this code in line 26:
<h1 class="logo_title">CREDIT CARD TERMINAL SUPPLIES</h1>
and this code in child style.css:
.header-type-10 .header-logo {
width: auto !important;
}
h1.logo_title {
width: 500px;
margin-top: -20px;
font-size: 30px;
}
Please check header now.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Awesome! What method do you recommend so I can remove the other “CREDIT CARD TERMINAL SUPPLIES” and replace it with the image?
All the Best,
Janice
Hello,
You can disable that title in Pages > edit “Credit Card Terminal Supplies” page, find “Show Page Heading” option in Page Layout box on the right side and disable it. Title will be hidden.
Then you can add image in the page editor.

Eva Kemp.
That worked. I didn’t see all those options. Um, that said: why is there, under my footer, more home page content? It even showed the featured image, and when I removed it, sure enough, that changed. What could be causing that duplication?
Hello,
The problem persists only with your child theme. So please check customization that you’ve made as there is no duplication when parent theme is activated. Please check it yourself.

Found it. We can close this ticket.
Hello,
Glad to hear it.
Have a nice day.
Best regards,
