Revolution Slider Banner does not work - by ppeixoto

The Revolution Slider is not working on my site. I changed the theme to the Default and fails. Before I had done a test with UNDERWEAR STORE and worked there. Slider Revolution on the page is talking to upgrade from 5.0.6. When I click, I go to the company page, and there have to pay to upgrade. Is this the problem?

Hello,

You can download the latest plugin version at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . Update the plugin via FTP, overwrite the existing “revslider” folder in wp-content/plugins directory.

I can delete the revolution slider plugin on wordpress that was already up and send the updated file revslider the control panel?

I entered the FTP and saw that I sent to the wordpress zip file. Now I can not send the plugin revslider to the wp-content folder. Do you think I’d better send the new update file without being compressed?

Thank you Jack!
For some reason the slide is not showing up on my Samsung cell note 3. Is there any incompatibility?
Can you tell me in which the FTP folder placed the update Revslider? I’ll need to put the other plugins like Masterslider and do not know where to put!

Hello,

Navigate to Dashboard->revolution slider->slider setting click on ‘Slideshow-auto’ and save settings then check issue with slider.

You can find Revslider plugin in wp-content/plugins folder.

You upgraded the revslider by FTP?
Why can not I find this wp-content / plugins folder folder. The folder is zipped and I can not open it directly on the server. I saw that there are now a few different folders there, you managed unpack some?

Hello,

At first you should extract the archive of the plugin on your PC. Then connect to your server via FTP (using some FTP client – FileZilla, for example) and enter wp-content/plugins directory and overwrite the existing folder (for example “revslider”) with the folder that you downloaded.

Hello Jack,

I downloaded the revslider on my pc. But the problem is that I find this wp-content / plugins directory in filezilla. It has a path: w3-full-cache / wp-content, but within this there isn´t the plugins folder. I sent masterslider-installable.zip there, but not updated on my wordpress. I think I’m doing wrong!

Hello,

When you’re connected via FTP you see this directory structure http://prntscr.com/8k86zg , you need go upper of this directory and enter “var” folder, then go to “www” folder and then to “magazinecriativo.com.br” and “htdocs”.
After that you’ll see wp-content directory.
