WooPress – template and base content not working

Hi

I am having a terrible time installing this template – see here:_

http://websiteprojectsdev.com/wordpress/

I would like to use the Simple Page Full Width layout as my template. I have gone to template settings and installed the template and the base content however this is not applying on the front end.

Could you please advise what the issue is?
