.json file missing - by hylt - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi There,

Wow has it been a real pain to install this theme, despite my server fulfilling all the requirements for the theme!
We’ve now found there is a missing .json file for the Essential Grid plugin. Can you tell me where I can find it please?

Hi Robert,

Yes got the file, thank you for that.
I’ve installed this theme on a testing account at the moment to get it all setup ready for use.
However it was a real struggle to get it to install. We need it to be installed in the correct hosting account and have requested the free install offer on Envato, hopefully you guys can get it to install better.

Hi Eva,

That all seems great thank you. What was causing all the install problems?

Just a couple of things:

You didn’t install the Master Slider and Screets Chat plugins. Was there a reason for that?

Also in theme options>general the site layout is set to wide, yet it actually looks boxed? I did want the Watch theme content installed as it closely matched the look we were after for our own site.
