    Hi,
I would like my header top bar to look like the one in Header type 17 of Theme Options>Header.
In particular i would like to have the Welcome text + login/register links on the left and the cart & search buttons on the right, as shown in the illustration.

However When i pick header type 17 and active the option “enable top bar” my page shows 2 separate top bars ‘layers’, each of them showing part of the content:
    – the 1st layer shows the language/currency settings on the left and the login/register links on the right.
    – the 2nd (right below the 1st one) shows the cart icon and search button.
If i disable the “enable top bar” option, the first layer disappears including the login/register links .

How can i achieve the same layout as on the header type 17 illustration, ie all content into 1 single top bar ?

    Thanks for your support,

    jacques

    Hello,

To remove currency/languages icons you need add empty Text widget into “Left Side top bar area” in Appearance > Widgets.

    Thanks for your feedback.
I was able to hide the currency/languages icons, but that solves only part of my issue.

The remaining content is still displayed in 2 distinct top bar sections on top of each other:
    – sign in / register at the top (.top-bar)
    – search + cart below. (.header-type-17 .header-top)

I would like to show all elements in on single section (sign in/register on the left-hand side, search + cart on the right-hand side) as per header#17’s template illustration in Theme options>header.

I added screenshots in the private content to better illustrate what it looks like vs what it should look like.

    Thank you,
    Jacques

    Hello,

I’ve added this code in Theme Options > Header > Header custom HTML (for 6, 7, 13, 14, 18 headers):
    <p>Welcome in <a href="#">Royal</a> Guest! <a class="active" href="#">Login</a> or <a class="active" href="#">Register</a></p> and disable top links option.
Change the symbol # in the code to the links of your pages “My Account” and “Register”.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
