Save changes visual composer don't work

Hello,

I am creating the homepage of my site

I have a problem with Visual Composer:

I choose Backend or Frontend Editor, choose Add Row, and then click to add a Text element.

I then will type my text and click Save.

Nothing happens.

I will try again…nothing. I will click Cancel, and nothing. If I click “X” still nothing happens. My only option is to Reload the page.

Any suggestions? Direction? Help?

Hello,

You’re using old plugins versions. Please update them https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
Also update Woocommerce plugin and WordPress.
