Hi! I’ve two related issues one bigger one minor about my website.
1)
As you already know I usually work on a test version of my website.
I’ve just discovered that Masonry Grids are disappeared from production website and I can’t understand why.
Nothing is changed in that page from a long time.
This is how it was: Test site page
and this is the same page in production website: Production web site
2)
In the same page (and only in that page) favicon present the number 1 as if there was a product in the cart, but it is currently empty and I can’t see rollover text on the cart icon which indicates that it is empty.
Even if I try to create a new page with a masonry media grid or simple media grid it won’t work..
Could you help me please?
Thanks a lot, regards.

Hello,
The problem persists only with your child theme.
Activate parent Woopress theme and check yourself.
You need check modifications you’ve made in the child theme.

Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva ok, but I’ve seen that in my test version that Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer plugin was not upgraded at the latest version. I’ve updated it now and the problem appears on my test version too.
I really don’t know where to find a problem in my child theme when it is identical in both sites.
The problem is strictly connected to plugin update.
Any hint on how to check the child theme?
Thanks.
I’ve gived it a try:
– I’ve deleted from my child theme style.css (nothing changed)
– I’ve deleted functions.php from my child theme (nothing changed)
Finally I’ve found the problem!!
It is the static block in the footer with Widgetized sidebar. Removing the static block from the footer resolves this issue.
😀
Examinating the problem i depth I’ve found that was the “tooltip” function of an icon list used in a section of the static bloc which causes some kind of conflict.
Just to let you know!
Have a good rest of the evening!
