    HI

I’ve been having the same problem as before with the caching. When the cache is full it ends up going to the /wp-admin/install.php page. I have to delete the cache every other day.

    Regards
    Suk

    Hello,

Please disable cache plugin and clear cache via FTP. After that check your site.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi

Disabling the plugin isn’t an option, as this will slow the site down. Also, it will reach my cache limit on the server faster. You guys did take a look at it, but the issue is still there.

    Regards
    Suk

    Hello,

As you can see in the error message this is DNS resolution error, it’s related to hosting provider. So you need contact their support team.

    Hello,

You had to clear cache folder in wp-content directory via FTP.
Please do this and check site after that.

    Best regards,

    Hello again

So, I’m back at the same problem again after 3 weeks. When you enter website your redirected to wp-admin/install.php page again. I’ve cleared the cache and it looks like its stuck on the install.php page.

Please can you take a look at this issue, Black Friday is around the corner. Thank you so much

    Suk

    Hello

Please check this issue with default wordpress theme like twenty fourteen. If the issue still persists you should contact your hosting provider because it is not related to our theme.

    Regards,
    Brian Johnson
