Single page variable product do not work

Hello im trying to have something similar to the example https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/product/bandana/

I have updated the theme, woocomerce and the plugins to the latest versions
unfortunately several thing do not work…
– the add to cart button do not show when I select the correct variables
– the tabs section are not working
– the picture do no show correctly with the lens effect
– the suggestion on the right is not working

Hello,

Please delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and reupload it from the latest theme package.

Hi Eva,
I deleted and reupload the woocomerce theme folder but the problems persist.

I have notice that when i delete the woocomerce theme folder the add to cart problem is solved so the problem seams to be from there…

Hello,

1./2. We don’t see any problems now. Have you resolved the issue?

3. You should upload images in higher resolution (at least 600px х 600рх) or disable zoom effect in Theme Options > Single Product Page.

You mustn’t delete “woocommerce” folder completely in the theme directory. It’s needed for the correct work of theme options with Woocommerce plugin.

It is indeed working all correctly now … I actually did not change anything since I posted the issue this is very strange…

I only have background image that do not show up on the main page see private link

Hello,

The problem is related to compatibility of the Ultimate VC Addons latest version and theme.
We’ll fix it in the next theme update. Meanwhile I’ve added background image using Visual Composer options:
