Contact Form – Error while ajax request

Hello,

The issue I have is that the message “Error while ajax request” appears when I use the contact form.

I enter: name, email, and the message. When I send the message, after waiting 40 seconds approx. appears this error. In “Theme options->Contact Form” I wrote the correct email.

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Thanks Jack.

I update the version of woopress 2.4 to 2.5, and plugins. And delete the woocommerce folder.

I look forward to your comments.
