Remove "Have a Coupon?" section in Cart Page

Hi,

I disabled Coupon because I will not use it.

However, there is a sentence “Have a Coupon?” with underline is still on the Cart Page.
How can I remove this?

Hello,

Please try to add this code in Global Custom CSS.
```
.woocommerce-cart .woocommerce h3.underlined{
display:none;
}
```
