in my wp-admin page i read one error and one error in file log.

Hello,

We can’t connect via FTP getting the errors:
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

You showed only notices, not errors. They may be displayed because debug mode is enabled in wp-config.php file. Please check it and disable it.
