Hello,

I just have a slight emergency, totally held up, I know I have another ticket with this topic it is just almost 4 days old.

My website http://www.simplyorganicsalon.com, the theme is not functional on mobile, nothing is clickable.

I have WP admin and FTP credentials in the private box below.

Please help me get the theme to be clickable and function on mobile. It has to be something small or strange that you will see easily.

What is going on here?

Nobody is replying to any support ticket??

The original one is 5 days old.

Please help. Nothing is clickable on mobile. Droid turbo, updated everything, Firefox, the mobile site is nonfunctional. It’s like nothing is a link.

New Droid Turbo. When I go to the site it displays correctly but when I tap on any link, menu or button, nothing happens, I’m just clicking on the screen and nothing opens.

It’s weird, because your site is working perfectly with our devices, we’ve checked many times.

Please try to check issue with some other devices.

Yes that is more than weird, it’s driving me crazy, and I can’t check my website development on mobile.

It does work on my girlfriend’s iPhone 5, and my Dad’s Droid…

But on my brand new Droid Turbo nothing is clickable. This is the only website or theme ever to do that.

If you can think of anything I sure would appreciate it. I’m not sure what to do.

Hello,

Very likely this is local problem on your phone. Could you check if our demo works fine on your phone and check also Royal or WooPress. If you use any additional extensions disable them, sometimes it could cause problem. Try to test theme in other browser. Does problem persist?

Hi thanks, yes it works on all computers, my girlfriend’s iPhone 5, and it works on my new Droid Turbo on Dolphin Browser.

Looks like just Firefox on my Droid Turbo that nothing is clickable. I guess it is just an app I have or something, but it is new, and I manage 30 websites, this is the first one that does that.

Just to double check, this is the code in my Child Theme functions.php- I can’t think of anything to check. It is driving me nuts though. It is the only website out of 1,000 that does this, and first time I’ve ever seen it, and I can’t make it perfect on mobile if I can’t click on anything. If you can think of anything please help. I just have the typical apps, nothing special, and phone should handle it all anyway.
