Не работает редактор темы (Theme Options)

Hi,
Host provider told us that the problem is the site itself. Alternatively, you may need another php version. We tried to change the PHP version, it did not help. Plugin Query Monitor shows us this error:

I did reinstall the WP, but it didn’t help.
I have not yet taken the step to remove the WP and reinstall it, since I am not sure whether all the information will be saved after this step.

I activated default theme and check how working, with default theme everything is OK, Theme options working correctly, after i activate XSTORE theme and check, still doesn’t work Theme options and shows critical error!
I disable all 3rd plugins and check > still doesn’t work Theme options and shows critical error!

But I had another problem with the product filter: on the main page and on the product page, when you click on the button filter to open them, they open (show) and immediately close! But when I customize it through the Theme options, the product filter button working correctly only in Theme options! What can be wrong?
And the filter button bar is horizontally on the right side, how can I make the filter button bar appear horizontally in the middle?
