My website, based on the Xstore theme, is facing severe slowdowns and 100% CPU usage issues, even though it’s in ‘coming soon’ mode with no active visitors. Despite trying solutions like image lazy loading and disabling product filters, the problems persist. Could you please offer a solution?

– Since you have performed an update, it is advisable to clear all caches + CDN.
– Let us know the results and provide FTP access also.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Dear Support Team,
I expected a faster response from you. The issue with the product importer seems to occur when uploading a CSV file. However, during regular times when I access my admin dashboard, it’s utilizing 100% of my CPU, causing high server load, and the entire website becomes slow even when there are no other visitors except for me.

Currently, we do not see anything from our end that could be slowing down the admin panel. We have only found duplicate requests from the Jetpack plugin.

One of our technicians has checked the situation on your site.
Indeed, when our theme is activated, there is an increased load, but we do not find anything problematic. The only issue is the AJAX requests, which are most likely loading the content – https://prnt.sc/lXQaLpBJOfd
If we disable the Elementor and Core plugins all becomes normal (explained by the fact that we have a lot of functionality).
Therefore, we performed a test with the default theme on your site and still received a high load during page loading, here is the video – https://we.tl/t-44k5hvoNx5
At the moment, we see only one solution – replacing the server.
