    Hello,
I’ve bought the theme and almost entirely finished the website (refer to private content area) apart from 2 issues which persist:
    – When completing a purchase I do not receive a confirmation email. If I disable the email builder there is no issue, but once I activate it I no longer receive an email. I do not use any 3rd party plugins apart from LOCO translate. Since the emailing works without the email builder activated, I assume it has something to do with the theme settings?
    – The price filter on the product page is not showing. I double checked that appearance > widgets > Shop sidebar includes the price filter widget and that this widget is assigned to the product page. It does show the filter by product category but not by price. What am I missing here?
    Thanks in advance!

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Jixepo,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We appreciate your purchase and are happy to assist you.

1/ We recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to review the server mail log.

Could you please provide temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

2/ Currently, your website has only one product. Please add a few more products, and the filter should then appear as expected.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Hello, Thank you for your swift reply. I’ll get in touch with my hosting provider and get back to point 1. Problem 2 is solved with your help, thank you!

I have an additional question: I’ve translated the theme with LOCO translator (followed the tutorial) and installed both the XSTORE translation, as well as the core plugin. Most fields are translated, but some are not. Some examples:
    – On the product archive page, the “show” text for products per page still shows in English.
    – First name, Last name, company name and phone number at checkout still appear in English.
I’ve checked the translation (to dutch) in the POCO translator, core plugin and those terms were all added so I don’t know why It’s not correctly translating them?

    Hello,
I’ve updated my website and added many products but the product counter on the category filter (page “Aanbod”) is not showing up correctly. For example: i’ve added 5 knifes but the category counter only shows 1. All products have stock a price,… Furthermore the woocommerce backend also shows a product count of 5 in that category. Just the Xstore widget shows 1? What is going on and how do i fix this? Thanks in advance!

the login information is still listed above and works.

Another question, the number of products on the cart side bar also seems to be limited to 3. I’ve changed woo.php and mini-cart.php to display at least 10 products but this change does not seem to work?

    Hello, Jixepo,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Please post different questions via separate topics – https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/

1/ It is possible that the cause of this is related to cached data.

We kindly recommend clearing the cache after making changes to products and categories. This includes clearing WooCommerce-related caches, which can be found in the following section:

    WooCommerce > Status >Tools

Please ensure you clear the following fields:
    – WooCommerce transients
    – Expired transients
    – Term counts
    – Brands transients

If the issue persists after performing these steps, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for further assistance. Additionally, kindly provide the category name where the incorrect quantity is being displayed so that we can investigate further.

    2/ Header Builder > edit template > Cart settings > Off-Canvas/Dropdown > Products Amount

    Best regards,
