    Hello, @Tal,

We are sorry to hear that your website is running slow. There are several factors that could be contributing to the slow speed of your website, including hosting, images, plugins, and customizations.

Regarding the use of WP Rocket, it can be a great tool for optimizing your website’s performance. However, the best settings for WP Rocket can vary depending on your specific website configuration and requirements. Here are some general recommendations for optimizing WP Rocket:

    1. Enable Page Caching: This is the most essential feature of WP Rocket. It will cache your website pages and serve them quickly to visitors. Make sure you enable it.

    2. Enable Browser Caching: This feature allows browsers to cache static content like images, CSS, and JavaScript files, reducing the number of requests to your server.

    3. Minify and Combine Files: Enabling this option will combine and compress CSS and JavaScript files, reducing their size and improving page load times.

    4. Lazy Load Images: This option will load images only when they are in the viewport, reducing page size and improving load times.

We would suggest running a website speed test using a tool like Google PageSpeed Insights or GTmetrix to identify the specific areas of your website that need improvement. These tools will provide you with a detailed report on how to optimize your website for speed.

Additionally, you may want to consider upgrading your hosting plan to a faster and more reliable one. A good hosting provider can significantly improve the performance of your website.

We recommend the following settings for Theme Speed Optimization Functionality:
