    Hello,

What theme version do you use? You can check it in the header information of the style.css. If you’re using version below 2.2 please upgrade your theme to the latest version. Before upgrading please read this section in our documentation.

I don’t know. I can’t even log into the dashboard now.

When I try to load http://www.massivetutorial.co.uk/wp-admin/ I just see this:

Warning: strpos() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home/massi648/public_html/wp-includes/shortcodes.php on line 193

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/massi648/public_html/wp-includes/shortcodes.php:193) in /home/massi648/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1121

    Hello,

FTP is File Transfer Protocol with the help of which we can modify your files. You can contact you hosting provider concerning FTP credentials.

    Hello,

As we can see you have old theme version which is incompatible with new WordPress version. Please upgrade your theme to the latest 2.2 version. Before upgrading please read this section in our documentation.

    Hello,

I’ve modified the file legenda/framework/options.php. Now your site and admin panel are accessible. Please check and clear browser cache before.
But we still recommend you to upgrade the theme to the latest version. Read our documentation carefully: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/#!/upgrade

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
