    Hello, @khurram virk,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

1/ Should you be interested in incorporating a 360-degree product viewer on your single product page, we kindly suggest utilizing the XStore builders. Specifically, you can achieve this by employing the Single Product Builder with the Elementor plugin. For detailed guidance, please refer to the following documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/

Additionally, we recommend using the XStore 360 Product Viewer widget. You may adjust the settings according to your preferences and proceed to update your page. For your convenience, a visual reference is provided here: https://ibb.co/2cmW6H5

Should the aforementioned solution not align with your requirements or if you seek a different outcome, you are at liberty to explore third-party plugins that may better suit your needs. However, please be advised that the use of any third-party plugins is at your own discretion and risk.

We trust this information will be of assistance to you.

2/ We regret to inform you that we are currently experiencing difficulties accessing your website. For your convenience, we have attached an image to illustrate the issue we are encountering. https://ibb.co/mSGyXGM

We kindly request that you address this matter at your earliest convenience to enable us to proceed with our review.

Additionally, We would like to inform you that we have conducted a thorough review of the Vimeo video link within the product gallery. Upon examination, it appears to be functioning properly and the video plays as expected on our test site. It seems that the issue you are experiencing is isolated to your website.

We kindly request that you replicate the iframe code from the provided demo Vimeo video and embed it within the product video section. For your convenience, we have included an image to serve as a reference. https://ibb.co/vY0d6zk

We trust that this action will rectify the issue at hand.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello, @khurram virk,

    Thank you for your response.

    1/ Sure, Take your time.

2/ Please read this article: https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/how-to-fix-400-bad-request-error, and contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

We have uploaded screenshots on the new sharing website, Please check the screenshots here

3/ Activate a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront, to help isolate the problem. This can be done by navigating to ‘Appearance’ > ‘Themes’ within your WordPress dashboard.

Once the default theme is activated, please monitor your site for the issue in question.

This diagnostic check is crucial in determining the root cause of the problem and will greatly assist us in providing you with the appropriate support. Let us know the result.

Additionally, we strongly advise that you create a complete backup of your website before making any changes. This precautionary measure is to ensure the safety and integrity of your data.

However, if the problem appears to be isolated to the XStore theme, we recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support for further assistance in this matter – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
