403 problem, server denied on firefox…. no problem with chrome

hi guys, i just found this problem when testing the site for a fix.

i used chrome for admin. test the site on firefox for users or not logged in user. everytime i use the wishlist button like 2-3 times i get the forbidden error. quite weird though. https://prnt.sc/-077rb59r1nH

this error occurs if i click wishlist button (heart) on non logged in user or not signed up user.

Can you check this for me?

Another one i found out about the wishlist. when i added a few on wishlist logged in. then i tried to logged out. the wishlist that i added when logged in are still there. is this how it works?

i hope we could fix the problem on firefox

Update

Disabled modsecurity. I dont get any problem with 403 on firefox. Can anyone check this please? I’ll ON the modsecurity now.

We can see the same problem on the Cart page, which is the default WooCommerce page and works independently of the theme.

Why contact Woocommerce? This feature is from your Built in Wishlist. Not sure why contacting them would help fix this?

I tried it again with Modsecurity ON. Same problem on firefox.

Why the IG feature is just showing 4 images not as before. Settings are fixed etc.. What is happening guys?

Please don;t tell me to contact woocommerce because their plugin is having problem with my site. The features are from your theme.

Found a few bugs lately that seems like your theme are causing not woocommerce. Kinda frustrating. Been using your theme for years now and everytime you guys update the theme site that was fixed are getting errors.

You need to solve the problem with the Cart page first, with help of WooCommerce, then it will be solved for our Wishlist too.

What is happening guys?” – Currently, we face 403 even on your Home page in Chrome browser, so can’t check it, and without wp-admin access, we can’t check your settings. Try to click the Refresh Instagram button in Authorization APIs.
