404 Page after placing order (my-account seems to be missing from url)

Dear sir,
On my website you’ll receive a 404 page error after placing an order. It seems that the “my-account” is missing from the url. It goes directly to .com/order-received/ .. if I manually add my-account.. it works.. So this seems to be the problem?

I deactivated all plug-ins but the issue is still there?

Please, help this to fix.

Hello,

Do you have the mentioned issue when the other theme is activated? For example with the default Storefront theme, please. Let me know about the results.
