Hi guys,

Did the update to the site with new theme and all updates except woocommerce 2.6.8 and WP 4.6.1, as the site crashes or it downloads a file to my computer.

Need to update the htaccess file but it crashes the site.

I have saved the site but cannot do anything else as it just crashes.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

As I see your site is working fine.
Could you please show screenshots of the issue?
Also provide WP Dashboard credentials in Private Content.

Hi Jack.

This has now been sorted.

The hosting were adding a feature to change the php version within the server control panel, so when added manually it corrupted.

Is it safe to update to,

Wordpress 4.6.1

&

Woocommerce 2.6.8

???

Yes, you can update WordPress and Woocommerce.
Don’t forget to create full back up (files and database) before update.
