I have purchased a plugin (wp cost estimation payment forms builder) but am having a problem because when I try to access the tab to create a form, I get a 502 or 504 error code. It says that the page: http://busyneedle.ch/wp-admin/admin.php?page=lfb_menu is unavailable. I have checked with my host provider (bluehost) and they have said there is no problem with my wp-admin. If I activate Storefront, the plugin works. Login information is in the Private Content. Could you please advise how I can get this to work with the Legenda theme?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello Ekta,
I’m a user of Legenda Theme, like You.
Here is my advice to you:

502 & 504 errors are server errors. In most cases it is Connection time out error
Some plugins make to much requests to server and require more time to load all scripts.
If the connection to server is slow this will produce 50x error.

You can find more information about those errors here:
Understanding and Fixing 502 Bad Gateway Errors

Ask Your hosting to inspect current plugin, not WordPress admin page. They can take a look in log files and probably they will find and fix the issue.

    Best Regards!

According to my host (bluehost), they say that there seems to be a problem with an executable file. I have tried changing the permission of the public html folder to 755 but that hasn’t helped. Because it works with the Storefront theme, I don’t know how to resolve the issue.

    Hello,

Please check error log on your server (ask hosting provider support to help you with it) if there are any errors.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

The error code that appears is: [04-Jul-2017 22:24:19 UTC] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘.’ in /home/busyneed/public_html/wp-content/themes/child-theme-3-2/functions.php on line 33

    I have opened this file & there isn’t a line 33.

I have done this (or actually asked my host to do it as I didn’t have access). There is no change. I still received a 504 error code.

I tried disabling the CDN (Cloudflare) but it doesn’t resolve the issue. It still shows the same error.

    Hi,

There is a bug with the plugin interaction with WP Dynamic Pricing. If it pulls items from the WooCommerce that have rules with the WP Dynamic Pricing, it will time out. The plugin developer has disabled the portion of the plugin that calls the products and it works fine. No further action required on your part.

    Thanks for your help!
