8theme Product widgets for WP Bakery not pulling in any product data

Hello

We are experiencing an issue over the past couple of theme updates whereby none of the 8theme Product modules in the WP Bakery backend editor work – we can´t seem to use them to pull in products like we usually do.

We use these modules rather than the standard Woocommerce ones (which do seem to work).

An example screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/219jtcg – if you type a product, it just does nothing and doesn´t load any products to select.

However we rely on them for news posts for embedding products as well.

is this a known issue? We are using the latest theme version and core version and WP Version.

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins that you use and check if you still have the mentioned issue with the product element.

If disabling of the plugins does not help then provide us with FTP access to your site. We’ll take a closer look at your issue.

Take into account that we probably will need to switch to the default theme to check errors, so if your site is the production site then maybe create a staging copy to allow us to study issue.
